You will drive yield, cost performance, and reliable industrialization with a high‑impact cross-functional team.

The role reports to senior operations leadership and partners with Operations, R&D, and Quality to deliver

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in process development, scale-up, and industrialization.
• Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving (e.g., 8D, DMAIC).
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven track record of leading and developing technical engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market-Aligned Process Development for multiple markets (Semiconductor, A&D, Industrial).
• Drive Process Optimization & Manufacturing Support to improve yield and cycle times.
• Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) & Scale-Up with production readiness.
• Develop and improve processes for advanced materials processing (powder metals, sintering, purification).
• Lead Continuous Improvement & Performance Management with KPI dashboards.
