American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a Director of Business Development and ADR Services to grow the organization’s ADR offerings and manage case administration. The role involves presenting to clients, strat planning, and representing AAA with confidence and poise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of related work experience in a business development role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for case management with parties and mediators.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the ADR services business.
• Develop strategic plans and pitches to potential clients.
• Deliver engaging presentations communicating the organization’s value proposition.
• Manage cases in the case management system and exercise independent judgment.
