The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking a dynamic business development and outreach professional to grow AAA’s ADR services portfolio. You will cultivate relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners while delivering engaging presentations and driving strategic opportunities.

Hybrid role requiring residency within 125 miles of Seattle, WA; eligible for annual performance-based incentive and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, student loan

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow the organization’s ADR services business and develop plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholder groups.
• Analyze needs and trends using CRM, case management systems, BI dashboards, and feedback responses.
• Respond to inquiries regarding AAA’s ADR services promptly.
• Assist with arbitrator training programs and events as necessary.
• Attend on-site hearings, meetings, and training sessions.
