Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Director of Admissions to drive performance and lead the campus admissions team. You will monitor staffing, lead flow, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team to hit enrollment goals.

The role requires a proven track record in enrollment management, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a diverse staff while maintaining a high level of customer service for prospective students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years with direct enrollment management experience.
• Proficient in enrollment management practices.
• Strong organizational, leadership, development and implementation skills.
• Effective communication with diverse socio-economic and multi-cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, supervise and motivate Admissions Representatives and staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching to improve results and customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate inbound calls and lead entry accuracy.
• Ensure staffing coverage for inbound leads during operating hours.
• Plan campus events and collaborate with Marketing and Financial Aid teams.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets related to admissions goals.
