Dover Behavioral Health System, a 104-bed acute care psychiatric hospital in Dover, Delaware, seeks a Director of Assessments and Referrals to lead the Assessment and Referral Services department. • Interface with medical staff, other department heads and administration.
• Prepare and submit appeals to third party payors and coordinate data collection.
