Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field with LCADC; dual license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with CADC and minimum 3 years' experience in multiple levels of care plus EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Admissions Department.
• Supervise and hire staff in Admissions as required.
• Ensure staff meet credentials and adhere to job descriptions.
• Train Admissions staff in screening, intake procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with DMHAS, courts and medical facilities; liaise with referral sources.
• Maintain referral pipelines and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Represent Admissions at meetings and in the community.
• Monitor admission census, vacancies and compliance with funding criteria.
• Ensure admissions are entered accurately in the EHR system.
• Oversee pre-admission documentation and entitlements processing.
