Qualifications

• Two years of experience in admissions, marketing, or sales within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve census targets.
• Monitor census trends and develop action plans to address census challenges.
• Identify referral sources and build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
• Represent the facility at community events to promote services.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective patients and families.
