Job summary

Villa Health & Rehab is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the admissions process, coordinate patient intake and bed placement, and strengthen relationships with referring hospitals and physicians.

You will direct a team, implement admissions strategies, and drive high-quality patient-centered outcomes while collaborating with the care team and partners to ensure seamless transitions.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in admissions or healthcare setting.
• Proven leadership and strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with EMR and healthcare software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the admissions process from intake to bed placement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on admissions strategies aligning with patient-centered care.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals and physicians.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans with the care team.
• Participate in quality improvement to enhance patient experience.
• Recruit, train, and manage the admissions staff for service excellence.
