Job summary

Associate Director of Admissions - Miami, FL is a client role for a private university, managed by Excelon Associates. The ADOA oversees the Admissions Office, drives enrollment production, and promotes campus programs to reach goals and service levels.

The ideal candidate leads a fast-paced enrollment team, uses metrics to inform recruitment strategies, and mentors staff to meet performance goals while pursuing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• At least three years in admissions or enrollment management.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and assessment on recruitment strategies using metrics and trend data.
• Provide direction and management for the admissions staff.
• Ensure enrollment strategies are coherently developed and implemented effectively across the department.
• Align enrollment services priorities with the Admissions Strategic Plan.
• Oversee the management and operations of admissions, enrollment, and orientation services.
• Develop, review, and monitor recruitment and enrollment strategies and practices to meet campus enrollment goals.
• Establish measurable goals and objectives for the admissions organization and collaborate with the Admissions Director in hiring, mentoring, and holding the admissions team accountable for meeting goals and expectations.
• Assist the Director of Admissions in recruiting, training, developing, and managing staff to achieve increased sales, leads, and business results.
