Job summary

Northbridge University is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions (ADOA) to oversee the admissions office and drive enrollment production at our Hialeah campus. The role requires strategic leadership, data-driven recruitment, and strong staff direction to meet campus goals.

The ADOA will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage staff, and ensure alignment with the campus strategic plan. ADOA will mentor the team and lead enrollment initiatives to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas (requirements for the role).
• Two years of supervisory experience in an admissions/administrative setting.
• At least three years of experience in admissions for proprietary colleges (for‑profit).

Responsibilities

• Provides input and assessment on recruitment strategies using metrics and trend data.
• Provides direction and management for the admissions staff.
• Ensures enrollment strategies are developed and implemented effectively across the department.
• Aligns enrollment services priorities with the Admissions’ Strategic Plan.
• Oversees admissions, enrollment and orientation services operations.
• Develops, reviews, and monitors recruitment and enrollment strategies to meet campus goals.
• Assists in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to improve sales, leads and results.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas

Two years of supervisory experience

At least three years of experience in Admissions for proprietary colleges

Tools

Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
