Northbridge University in DeLand, FL seeks an experienced Associate Director of Admissions to lead enrollment operations, mentor staff, and drive strategies to meet campus goals.

The ADOA will oversee recruitment, enrollment services, and orientation, align priorities with the strategic plan, and collaborate with the Admissions Director to hire and develop the team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• At least three years in admissions for proprietary colleges.
• Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provides input and assessment on recruitment strategies using metrics and trend data.
• Provides direction and management for the admissions staff.
• Ensures enrollment strategies are developed and implemented across the department.
• Aligns enrollment priorities with the Admissions’ Strategic Plan.
• Oversees admissions, enrollment and orientation services operations.
• Develops and monitors recruitment and enrollment strategies to meet campus goals.
• Analyzes statistics and trends to determine enrollment outcomes.
• Sets measurable goals and collaborates on hiring and mentoring the team.
• Assists in recruiting, training, developing and managing staff to increase sales leads and results.
