CareOne at Livingston in Livingston, NJ is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead referrals, tours and the admission process, coordinating with hospitals, doctors and the center team.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field, strong interpersonal skills, and 2+ years in healthcare admissions; 2–3 years B2B sales and long-term care experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic.
• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, Long Term Care Industry.
• 2-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
• 3+ years in long term care admissions preferred.
• Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills.
• Marketing experience a plus.
• Must be a team player, highly organized and positive.

Salary Range: 65K - 100K (Flexible - The salary is based on experience)

The Director of Admissions will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Coordination of admissions to the facility through generating referrals
• Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources
• Conducting tours of the facility for all outside interested parties
• Process referrals to admissions
• Provide tours
• Sign in new patients
• Assign physicians
• Coordinate all details between hospital, doctor, center and field staff

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
• Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic
• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry
• 2-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
• 3 (+) years in long term care admissions is preferred.
• Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills with strong focus and determination.
• Marketing experience a plus.
• Must be a team player, highly organized and have a positive attitude
