• Provide strategic technical guidance and enforce design and construction standards with owners.
• Review site plans for proposed new hotels to evaluate feasibility and alignment with Hilton standards.
• Provide hotel programming guidance and feasibility analysis for development projects.
• Review construction documents for hotels and ensure projects meet brand objectives.
