Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Director of Design & Construction (Remote) to oversee hotel projects as the brand expert for Hyatt. You will use established standards to advise owners and consultants, influence forward-thinking initiatives, and evolve brand updates across the role’s responsibilities.

You will lead project reviews, ensure adherence to Hyatt design documents, and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful openings.

Qualificações

• 10+ years working with hotel brands on design and/or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, interior architecture or related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project reviews with architects, contractors and consultants through the design and construction process.
• Ensure adherence to Hyatt brand components, design documents and technical standards across projects.
• Oversee site visits and collaborate with hotel project teams to guide projects to successful completion.
• Collaborate with internal development teams to determine opportunities, boundaries and flexibility for projects.
• Stay informed on best practices, industry standards and new products in hotel design and construction.
