Discovery Land Company is seeking a full-time, year-round Director, Architecture to join the Creative Services Department. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites and reports to the Executive Director, Head of Discovery Creative.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in architecture on luxury projects.
• Experience on private club, resort residential, hospitality, or master planned projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural direction for clubhouses, amenity and golf buildings, residences, and mixed use components.
• Guide design reviews to ensure design intent is carried through all phases.
• Select design architects and lead project design leadership; draft scopes and RFPs.
