AdventHealth in Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager for health care design and construction. You will lead major capital projects, coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include directing project teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining documentation and Lean practices. A strong background in healthcare facilities and facility systems is required, with a focus on leadership and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ healthcare design and construction project management experience required.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare facility construction or physical plant operations.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and engineering maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Directs design and construction processes on key healthcare projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Oversees project managers to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Develops training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable of codes, regulations, and policies.
• Oversees space allocation and related moves to optimize facility usage.
• Monitors costs, schedules, budgets and change orders to meet objectives.
