Job summary

ISS Solutions is seeking a Director of Imaging Technology to lead imaging services and drive revenue and profitability through expert repair, maintenance, and performance improvement. The role directs strategic and financial planning, overseeing staffing, budgeting, and operational metrics across healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 8 years' experience in servicing imaging equipment in a healthcare environment.
• Must have 10 years' experience in management.
• Completion of a two-year Associate's degree program in Biomedical Equipment Technology or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Builds an annual budget following corporate guidelines to assure profitability of assigned accounts.
• Reviews profit and loss statements on a monthly basis, anticipates change and adjusts operations as required to assure optimum technical and fiscal performance.
• Maintains records of work assignments, accumulates and collates workload data, prepares and submits monthly reports, develops and implements equipment performance metrics as required.
• Meets periodically with client liaisons to assure quality of service provided and makes needed changes in agreement.
• Represents ISS Solutions during meetings and regulatory agency inspections at client facilities.
• Manages inventory of repair parts, tools, capital test equipment and materials.
• Ensures the quality of repair, preventative maintenance and performance checks accomplished by technical staff.
