Job summary

Enthusiast Auto Holdings seeks a Director of Accounts Payable to unify and lead AP across its banners, driving standardization and automation within the Finance COE. The role requires independence to standardize processes across multiple business units and close collaboration with the Corporate Controller and CFO.

The position is based at the corporate offices with periodic travel to banners and distribution centers to support standardization and system rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
• At least 8 years accounts payable experience, including 3–5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience owning AP across multiple entities or business units in high‑volume ecommerce/retail/distribution.
• Proven ability building AP controls, metrics, and process standardization.
• Experience in a private‑equity backed or multi‑brand portfolio environment preferred.
• Strong automation/standardization/close cycle/KPI reporting background.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Stand up a unified, well-controlled AP function across all banners within the first year.
• Establish and enforce consistent AP controls, policies, and COE alignment.
• Build cross-trained AP team with no single point of failure.
• Drive working capital efficiency through improved disbursement forecasting.
• Partner with Purchasing/Supply to reduce variances and improve invoice-to-pay cycle times.
