Job summary

Enthusiast Auto Holdings is seeking a Director of Accounts Payable to unify and lead the A/P function across multiple banners. The role focuses on standardizing processes, implementing an automation platform, and aligning with the Finance COE. Travel to distribution centers may be required.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in A/P, including multi-entity oversight, ERP experience, and a proven ability to drive process improvements in a high-volume ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in accounts payable, with 3–5+ years leading an A/P team at manager/director level.
• Experience owning A/P across multiple entities or business units, preferably in eCommerce/retail/distribution.
• Proven track record building A/P controls, metrics, and process standardization.
• Experience with A/P automation and ERP implementations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand up a unified A/P function across all banners within the first year.
• Establish consistent A/P controls, policies, and COE alignment across banners.
• Drive automation by selecting and implementing an A/P automation platform.
• Own end-to-end A/P for high-volume multi-entity ecommerce operations.
