CFS in Orlando, FL is hiring an Accounts Payable Director to lead a large shared services AP operation within a healthcare organization. You will drive automation, strengthen internal controls, and partner with senior leaders to scale processes and improve efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in AP, 3+ years of leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and hands-on ERP experience. You will mentor AP managers and ensure KPI achievement across a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Accounts Payable or shared services experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume AP environment.
• Strong knowledge of AP operations, procure-to-pay processes, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
• Develop and mentor AP managers and team members.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and service levels to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and AP policies.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to improve workflows and resolve issues.
