Qualifications

• Extensive finance and accounting experience with strong internal controls.
• Experience leading accounts payable teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation.
• Strong MS Office, Excel, and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable team including development, training, recruitment and terminations.
• Mentor AP managers to achieve financial controls and company goals.
• Develop team capability and succession planning.
• Improve AP processes through automation and simplification to reduce costs.
• Manage intercompany communications, invoicing and payments for cost efficiency.
• Oversee systems, procedures, and policies for AP adherence and controls.
• Monitor cash flow to ensure funding for operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement to optimize vendor terms and relations.
• Lead SOX compliance, audits, and year-end processes.
• Maintain vendor data integrity and attestation controls.
• Support treasury and accounting on cash flow and securitization audits.
• Expand and standardize T&E reporting across regions.
