Mission Lane LLC is seeking a Director of Accounting to own day-to-day accounting and treasury operations, reporting to the Controller. You will lead the month-end close, consolidate multi-entity structures, and partner with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

You will build and coach a small accounting team, drive AI-enabled workflows, tighten internal controls, and position the close for IPO readiness.

Formación

• Active CPA with a strong accounting background.
• 10+ years progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience leading multi-entity close and GAAP consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Own the monthly consolidation across multi-entity structure.
• Direct external financial statement audits and PBC management.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and treasury on settlements.
• Introduce AI into journal entries and variance reporting.
• Build and develop a small, high-performing accounting team.
