Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a senior Transformation Office lead within the Accounting department to oversee process redesign, technology enablement, and organizational optimization.

You will collaborate with department heads to ensure buy-in and execute a strategic transformation roadmap across the Controllership/FP&A domain. The role requires deep experience in leading large teams, strong SOX controls knowledge, and program management skills to deliver measurable improvements in

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading programs/projects involving process reengineering and/or automation in the Controllership/FP&A domain.
• Experience managing in a SOX-compliant Accounting environment.
• Experience leading large diverse transformation teams.
• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
• Cruise line or hospitality industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational needs, set a strategy, and build foundations for sustainable transformation initiatives in Accounting.
• Lead development of a best-in-class project management playbook for future transformation.
• Lead strategic sessions to identify initiatives, establish a transformation roadmap, and align with business objectives.
• Provide regular updates on all Transformation projects to Accounting leadership and business partners.
• Ensure system design includes internal and SOX controls addressing risks and controls.
