Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is seeking a senior IT Audit leader to design and drive the IT audit program across brands and vessels. This role emphasizes SOX testing, ITGCs, application controls, risk assessment, and control modernization to strengthen financial and operational integrity.

You will build trusted relationships with IT leadership and senior management, advance ERM initiatives, and lead data analytics, automation, and continuous monitoring projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT Audit experience including Sarbanes-Oxley in a public company
• Supervisory management experience required
• Experience with ITGCs, application controls, and SOX programs
• Ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop IT Audit Plan based on risk assessment and drive audits
• Lead IT audits including SOX testing and shipboard/integrated audits
• Support ERM reviews and cybersecurity risk oversight
• Build relationships with IT leadership and business units to identify risks and implement improvements
• Champion automation, analytics, and continuous monitoring to strengthen controls
• Review audit documentation and present findings to senior management
