LHH is partnering with a well-established, publicly traded organization to recruit a Director of Accounting – Corporate & Consolidations. The role leads corporate accounting operations, consolidation activities, financial reporting, and internal controls in a multi-entity environment, while mentoring a high-performing team.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive process improvements, partner with senior leadership for strategic insights, and ensure regulatory compliance under U.S.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
  • Strong background in corporate accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience leading and developing accounting teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and implement best practices.
  • Experience within healthcare, partnership accounting, or multi-entity environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP implementations or financial system transformations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities
