Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years healthcare accounting experience in a multi-entity environment required.
• Experience partnering with revenue cycle operations preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and process-improvement skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and management reports for decision making.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results to identify variances and trends.
• Oversee the revenue cycle, monitoring collections, reimbursements, and adjustments.
• Develop and enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and efficiencies for growth.
• Support audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and analyses.
• Assist with acquisition-related activities including due diligence and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, management reports, and other key reporting packages to support business decisions.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results and provide insight into key variances and financial trends.
• Oversee the full revenue cycle, ensuring transactions are accurately tracked from initial service through final payment.
• Collaborate with billing and operational teams to monitor collections, reimbursement activity, payment trends, and related adjustments.
• Develop and enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiencies to support continued growth.
• Monitor capital expenditures and maintain accurate tracking and reporting of capital investments.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and financial analyses.
• Assist with acquisition-related activities, including financial due diligence, integration efforts, and onboarding of newly acquired entities.
