Qualifications

• 7 years minimum progressive Healthcare Operations Leadership.
• 3 years minimum direct management of people leaders.
• 3 years minimum data-driven KPI analysis and dashboards.
• 3 years minimum cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• 2 years preferred in process improvement or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Unify operational execution and governance across centralized scheduling and access operations.
• Oversee Operations Supervisors and Access Performance Coaches.
• Ensure alignment between daily execution, access objectives, quality standards, and performance.
• Bridge strategy and frontline performance to drive reliable service levels and workflow adherence.
• Own access performance, workforce effectiveness, and continuous improvement within the domain.
