Qualifications

• Masters or higher terminal degree.
• Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of constituents.
• Experience advising pre-professional or professional students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to faculty, staff, students, and the community.
• Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students.
• Assist the Dean in accreditation reports for the program.
• Provide academic advising to student doctors and develop individualized study plans.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of campus resources to support student success.
• Supervise learning specialists and peer note takers.
• Engage students and faculty in mentoring and advising relationships.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
