Lincoln Memorial University is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management to join a growing institution with a clear sense of mission and an exciting future.

LMU has experienced six consecutive years of record enrollment, reaching 6,808 students in fall 2026. With continued growth across undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs, this is an opportunity to do more than manage enrollment. You’ll help shape the strategy behind LMU’s next chapter.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President for Administration, the AVP will provide strategic and operational leadership for recruitment, admissions, and enrollment planning. The successful candidate will lead a talented team, strengthen recruitment and admissions processes, use data to drive decisions, and build partnerships across the University and throughout the region.

This is a role for a collaborative, student‑centered leader who knows how to turn data into action and ideas into results. You’ll work closely with academic leaders, Student Success, Financial Services, Athletics, Marketing, the Registrar, and others to connect enrollment strategy with academic priorities, affordability, student success, and financial sustainability.
