Qualifications

• Master’s degree with four years of experience working with college‑level students.
• Knowledge of high impact advising practices and CAS standards.
• Ability to travel to different campus locations and work some evenings/occasions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure advising services meet program needs.
• Oversee admissions, advising, retention, and graduation for online and campus programs.
• Collaborate with Enrollment leadership to resolve student issues beyond staff scope.
