Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience advising college students or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct academic advising for current and prospective students using in-person, virtual, phone, and email modalities.
• Guide degree requirements, course selection, and progression toward educational and career goals.
• Help students track progress and utilize policies and resources.
• Monitor a caseload and perform outreach for timely progression.
• Review degree progress, holds, and forms to ensure timely progression.
