Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development - OEM to identify, evaluate and manage new and existing business opportunities across Semiconductor, Packaging and PCB markets.

You will build relationships with OEMs, OSATS, IDMs, and supply-chain partners, coordinating with BU sales to drive POR specifications and commercialization of new technologies. The role is primarily an individual contributor position, with potential to lead a small staff in support of the assigned

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or sales in semiconductor, advanced packaging & PCB industries.
• Strong network with end users, supply chain partners, and direct customers.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain networks with key personnel in end-user and supply chain.
• Drive technology analysis and strategic reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and manage new programs and opportunities leading to commercialization.
• Coordinate POR approvals with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Represent the company at electronics conferences and webinars.
