Job summary

MKS is seeking a Director of Business Development - OEM to identify, evaluate, and manage new and existing business opportunities. You’ll build and sustain relationships with OEMs, supply chain partners and direct customers, guiding opportunities from lead to sale while coordinating with BU/R&D teams.

The role emphasizes market/technology initiative leadership, travel as needed, and collaboration across regional sales and management. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage OEM and supply chain opportunities.
• Build relationships with end users, OEMs, OSATS, and IDMs.
• Drive POR specifications with OEMs and coordinate with BU/R&D.
• Lead or support programs and new business opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of OEM and supplier requirements in SC and PCB industries.
• Lead priority growth projects with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical documentation and product compliance support.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and webinars.
