Henry Ford Health is seeking a Director, Nursing Clinical Education to join our team. This leader will have market-wide responsibility for managing the provision of education, training, competency, and development for nursing staff. Patient care orientation and ongoing education will be based on regulatory and accreditation requirements to support competency, compliance, and mission-based performance across the organization. This Director will lead the educational staff development team and oversee programs for direct patient care, serving as an educational resource for the leadership team to promote excellent organizational performance.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master's in Nursing (MSN). They should hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan, with at least five years of healthcare experience, in-depth clinical knowledge, and previous leadership experience.
