Position Summary :
The Director, Nurse Educators, will serve as a key resource and be responsible for leading and directing the efforts of a team of field-based Regional Nurse Educators providing clinical education and training to healthcare professionals within a designated geographic region. This position determines the strategy and tactical plan for Nurse Educator team to ensure the team delivers on the annual objectives and initiatives.
This leadership role is essential for fostering strong relationships internally with cross-functional stakeholders, and externally with healthcare providers to ensure successful integration and utilization of the company's therapies. The Director, Nurse Educators, will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, medical affairs, and commercial operations teams to design educational programs, workshops, and one-on-one sessions, ensuring that healthcare providers have a comprehensive understanding of the disease / disorder, and drug's clinical application and benefits. The ideal candidate will be an experienced registered nurse with a passion for education, a deep understanding of clinical practice, and a strong interest in biotech innovations.
The position will be remote based and will report directly to the Vice President, Sales.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is : $170,000 - $212,000.
In addition to your base pay, our total rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401k match.
