The Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations (FAO), Market Access will develop and maintain analytical and reporting tools for Market Access customer-facing field teams such as Field Nurse Educators (FNE) and Access and Reimbursement Managers (ARM). For products dispensed through specialty pharmacy, the FNE team provides nursing education and support for patients and HCPs; the ARM team delivers reimbursement and process understanding to HCPs and their support staff. Both teams aim to drive confidence and satisfaction with Jazz therapies and support services.
To effectively support the FNE and ARM teams across Franchises (i.e., therapeutic areas), the Sr. Manager will engage colleagues in FAO, Business Operations and Analytics, and Digital Enterprise Capabilities to align on best practices and leverage common platforms (e.g., CRM). Some technical capabilities may require fit-for-purpose development to enable coordination between field teams, specialty pharmacy, and any other support channels (e.g. digital engagement).
The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for onboarding team members to analytical and reporting tools, and how they tie to individual, team, and business performance. There will be occasions where troubleshooting of reports is necessary (e.g., investigate trend breaks); collaborating with colleagues to align on root cause and next steps will be required.
