Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Director of NPI Strategy for Engine Component Repair Services to lead the development and execution of the New Product Introduction strategy across Aero, Power, Military, and APU platforms. You will partner with engineering, business development, and site leadership to prioritize investments and bring innovative repair solutions to market.

This executive role requires 10+ years in aerospace, strong strategic planning, and proven cross-functional leadership to drive growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering required; Master's preferred.
10+ years of aerospace or industrial gas turbine engineering experience.
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix organization.
Experience developing business cases, product strategies, and growth initiatives with measurable impact.
Strong customer-facing experience, including executive engagement and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead the NPI strategy for ECRS segments across engine platforms.
Identify gaps in repair portfolios and develop growth strategies for new engines.
Build business cases for new repair capabilities and salvage programs.
Coordinate with sites and stakeholders to prioritize and execute NPI initiatives.
Provide executive updates on portfolio performance and growth opportunities.
Mentor engineering teams and promote Chromalloy's values and continuous improvement.
