Job summary

Cirrus in Minnesota | Duluth seeks a senior procurement leader for its New Product Development supply chain. Own sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and contract management to deliver value-driven partnerships.

You will develop annual plans, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional programs focused on reliability, risk management, and cost-effectiveness. Travel up to 25–50% may be required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent combination education and experience.
• 12+ years’ experience leading work-related systems, processes and challenges.
• 7+ years direct leadership experience.
• Strong program/project management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Travel may be required up to 25-50% (domestic and international).
• Negotiation experience to obtain consensus between parties.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the sourcing strategy for New Product Development and build value-driven supplier partnerships.
• Develop annual business plans for new product development programs; quantify outcomes and allocate budgets.
• Set and manage area budgets aligned with company strategy.
• Communicate strategy across organization and align actions with mission and values.
• Develop and deliver operational plans for new product development.
• Manage delivery of major portions of the product development program and key supplier relationships.
• Monitor performance, set objectives for direct reports, and drive accountability.
• Develop training for direct reports and lead risk management across the supply chain.
• Lead senior-level partnerships with executives to support business strategy.
• Define organizational structure and capabilities required for current and future needs.
