Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft Ltd. is seeking a senior procurement leader to define and own the New Product Development sourcing strategy.

You will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, secure strategic supplier partnerships, and drive cost-effective, reliable outcomes for multi-hundred million-dollar annual spend. In this role you will manage budgets, develop business cases, and align procurement activities with Cirrus’s product development objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of leadership experience and guiding others in systems/processes.
• 7+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Experience in program/project management and cross-functional change initiatives.
• Travel may be required up to 25–50% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the supply chain strategy for New Product Development.
• Develop annual business plans for new product development/programs and quantify outcomes.
• Set and manage area budgets aligned with strategy.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communicate strategy up to top management.
• Deliver operational plans and outcomes for new product development.
• Manage key strategic supplier relationships within NPD supply chain.
• Monitor performance and enforce accountability for objectives.
• Oversee development and training for direct reports.
• Lead risk management across the NPD supply chain.
