Job summary

Chamberlain Group seeks a Lead, NPD Sourcing Operations to own ODM/CM engagement strategy across the New Product Development lifecycle, from RFP to mass production handoff. You will serve as the primary sourcing liaison-to-Engineering, Product Management and external suppliers, guiding risk and program decisions.

The role requires 8–10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or logistics, strong analytics, and the ability to present updates to executive leadership. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8–10+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain, sourcing, or logistics.
• Experience cross-functionally with engineering and product development teams.
• Supplier relationship management and analytical capabilities.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ODM/CM engagement strategy from RFP through supplier selection.
• Lead make-vs-buy analyses and ODM-vs-Nogales trade-off assessments for new products.
• Manage supplier meetings and escalation points for project teams.
• Coordinate with VP+ and executive stakeholders on status and risk.
• Develop and present program status, costs, risks, and timelines to leadership.
