North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical programming for youths aged 7–17 and to supervise clinical staff. The role emphasizes evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-disciplinary leadership to achieve positive clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling). A Ph.D. or Psy.D. is preferred.
• At least three to five years of clinical work experience. Prior leadership or supervisory experience with over ten years of experience is preferred.
• A minimum licensure requirement as license eligible LPC, LMFT or LCSW in the state of Virginia. Licensure in Virginia as a Licensed Psychologist is preferred. CSOTP certification is additionally preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of clinical programming for residents ages 7-17.
• Supervise and support clinical staff; advance program development.
• Maintain regulatory and accrediting compliance; collaborate with multidisciplinary leadership.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison to community stakeholders to foster coordinated care and involvement of families and systems.
• Support continuity of services and successful transitions across settings.
