Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director, Network Pricing & Market Planning with deep PBM expertise to own network financial performance across all lines of business and ensure contracted reimbursement guarantees.

You will lead the Network Reconciliation and MAC Pricing teams, translating pricing strategies into measurable outcomes and partnering with Contracting, Underwriting, Finance, and Analytics to align terms with financial results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in PBM, healthcare plan, or pharmacy network.
• 3+ years of leadership delivering results in a professional services environment.
• Experience in pricing strategy, market analysis, or network planning.
• Experience supporting RFP pricing and competitive analysis.
• Leadership or matrix-management experience preferred.
• Compliant with corporate governance and compliance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Network Reconciliation with accountability for validated performance vs contracted rates.
• Own reconciliation outcomes across lines of business for accurate settlements.
• Monitor performance against targets (AWP discounts, rate thresholds) and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure audit readiness, financial transparency, and governance.
• Oversee MAC, NADAC, PAC, and other pricing constructs to align with reimbursement intent.
