Ladders is seeking a Director of Network Engineering to lead initiatives that support digital product and service improvements. You will own the planning and execution of key technical roadmaps, working with partners to improve workflows and enable scalable operations.

The role also involves budget planning, talent development, and cybersecurity incident response, while enabling a remote US-based work arrangement. This is a leadership position overseeing major projects and strategic delivery.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent level preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience in resource planning and management.
• Strong understanding of digital strategy and transformation.
• Proven track record in project management and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of digital product and service improvements.
• Manage the digital roadmap and associated business processes.
• Develop and implement strategies for digital talent growth.
• Contribute to the design of workflows for new applications and services.
