Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Provider Digital to lead strategy and execution for digital experiences supporting providers across care delivery operations. You will oversee product management and design, partnering with stakeholders to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver solutions that improve provider experience and performance.

The role is remote (US-based) with a strong emphasis on analytics, investment planning, and leadership of a high-visibility digital product organization

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Provider Digital to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead the strategy and execution for digital experiences that support providers across the organization’s care delivery operations. You will oversee product management and design resources, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, shape the roadmap, and deliver solutions that improve provider experience and performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $168,000 – $231,000 annually
