Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a highly analytical finance leader to become the inaugural Director, Financial Reporting – Net Patient Revenue. You will establish standardized processes, drive reporting accuracy, and partner across Revenue Cycle, Government Reimbursement, and Operational teams to support strategic decisions.

This role combines deep technical accounting with healthcare financial acumen, leading forecasting, reconciliation, and analytics initiatives while modernizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee net patient revenue reporting across hospital and professional billing operations.
• Lead forecasting for net patient revenue, contractual allowances, and reimbursement trends.
• Standardize enterprise‑wide processes for reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle, Government Reimbursement, and Operational leaders to improve data integrity.
