Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque seeks a strategic finance leader to become Director, Financial Reporting – Net Patient Revenue. You will build standardized processes, oversee net patient revenue reporting across hospital and physician billing, and serve as the SME for net patient revenue accounting.

The role requires 8–10 years in accounting/finance with healthcare experience, collaboration with Revenue Cycle and Government Reimbursement, and experience with Kodiak, Epic, Strata.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years in healthcare finance or accounting with net patient revenue responsibility.
• Experience with forecasting, allowances, reconciliation, and revenue analysis.
• Healthcare financial reporting experience in a hospital or health system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting related to net patient revenue, GAAP/compliance.
• Lead reporting for hospital and professional billing operations.
• Standardize enterprise-wide revenue reporting processes.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle, Government Reimbursement, and IT teams.
• Develop analytics, forecasts, and executive-level revenue insights.
