Job summary

The Wright Center for Community Health and Graduate Medical Education is seeking a Director of Revenue Analytics, Reporting, & Strategy to analyze the patient revenue cycle and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including regulatory submissions.

In this role you will collaborate with the VP of Revenue Cycle to build dashboards, manage billing data, CPT/code maintenance, and master files, ensuring accurate GL reconciliation and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in patient billing is highly desirable.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience required.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP of Revenue Cycle to support monthly dashboards and reports.
• Analyze monthly productivity, visits, receipts, and charges per provider.
• Maintain master files and billing fee schedules; ensure GL reconciliation.
• Streamline month-end Medent reports for billing team; address claim rejections.
• Prepare and submit monthly visit data reports and Medicare/UDS/Medicaid reports.
• Maintain CPT codes and CPT/insurance/provider master file setups with EHR team.
• Coordinate with enrollment on new provider setups for insurance claims release.
• Identify billing and coverage concerns; communicate requirements to staff.
• Triages workload and prioritizes tasks; drive process improvements.
• Create reports on Billing Department progress and performance.
