Job summary

Management Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Net Revenue leader to oversee hospital net patient revenues of approximately $3B and related AR processes.

The role directs AR reserve methodologies, communicates results to CFOs and Corporate Finance, and participates in audits, budgeting, and monthly board packages. The ideal candidate will have strong US GAAP knowledge, in-depth hospital billing revenue recognition experience, and hands-on Crowe RCA system knowledge or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Strong US GAAP knowledge and hospital revenue estimation expertise.
• Experience with hospital revenue cycles and month-end financial reporting required.
• Knowledge of RCA system or equivalent data-driven revenue analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial processes for hospital net patient revenues and related AR processes.
• Lead AR reserve estimation methodologies and ensure accuracy in the GL.
• Communicate findings to CFOs and Corporate Finance leadership.
• Participate in annual audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and board packages.
• Coordinate AR reserve methodology with hospital CFOs/DOFs on a monthly basis.
• Drive revenue projects such as Epic pricing updates, RCA upgrades, and system migrations.
