Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks an inaugural Director of Financial Reporting – Net Patient Revenue to lead and standardize reporting across the enterprise. You will own net patient revenue accounting, forecasting, and reconciliation, drive accuracy, transparency, and strategic insights for executives, and partner with Revenue Cycle, Government Reimbursement, and Operational leaders.

The role requires deep healthcare finance expertise, a CPA or equivalent, and 8–10 years of progressive

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• 3–5 years of healthcare finance or accounting experience with net patient revenue, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or financial reporting functions.
• Experience with Epic, Kodiak Revenue Cycle Analytics (formerly Crowe), Strata, or similar healthcare finance platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting activities related to net patient revenue, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and reimbursement requirements.
• Lead forecasting activities related to net patient revenue, contractual allowances, and reimbursement trends.
• Standardize enterprise-wide processes for net patient revenue reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Partner with Finance Systems and IT teams to optimize data flow between revenue cycle, billing, and financial reporting systems.
• Provide executive leadership with actionable insights and support strategic finance initiatives.
