TEEMA is supporting a national healthcare client seeking a Director of Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers in Ohio. The leader will guide APRNs and PAs, drive professional development, and ensure family-centered neonatal care.

This role shapes strategy, clinical practice, and governance within a Magnet-focused organization. The ideal candidate has an MSN, Ohio RN/APRN licensure, 5–7 years of leadership in healthcare, and neonatal/pediatric exposure.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) is required.
  • Active RN and APRN licensure in Ohio.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership in healthcare.
  • Pediatric or neonatal care leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for APRNs and PAs in neonatal care.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, credentialing and performance development.
  • Partner with medical directors to align operations with goals and quality benchmarks.
  • Lead quality improvement, research and clinical advancements toward Magnet recognition.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
  • Represent the APRN community on organizational committees and forums.
